Both head coaches didn't like what was coming on the radar ON TO MONTLAKE FOR THE REVENGE If they go to Montlake for they game, they'll miss it. Husky Ballpark is in the University District. www.google.com/maps/place/Husky+Ballpark/@47.6555003,-122.3061508,15z/data=!4m5!3m4!1s0x54901492258f6d37:0x742c25c5f0e3b984!8m2!3d47.6546692!4d-122.2986835?hl=en

It's a 1/2 mile walk from the Montlake Bridge that spans the Montlake Cut that connects Lake Washington to Portage Bay and Lake Union. The Husky Athletic Complex is immediately adjacent to the Montlake residential District of Seattle. If they park in Montlake they can walk to Husky Ballpark in 5 minutes. Husky Stadium and Hec Edmundson are often referred to as being "in Montlake" (even by locals) by virtue of their immediate adjacency to the Montlake Cut. Husky Ballpark is right next door.

Beautiful pick. Just makes me think how beautiful Corvallis is and how butt ugly the you ho campus is.

Eugene area actually got about half the rain that Corvallis got, would have been nice to watch the game yesterday. The fan at PK Park enjoyed it, I'm sure The box score says the attendance was 907. I'm sure the place was filled with crickets. They averaged 1218 for the UC Irvine series last weekend.

Montlake is on the other side (South) of the Montlake cut. Be that as it may, locals often refer to Husky Stadium and the UW athletic complex as being in or near "Montlake". And I know that for a fact. I lived in Seattle for 7 years and knew and know countless UW grads. I've personally walked across the Montlake bridge to games at Husky Stadium numerous times. You posted that if the the baseball team goes to Montlake they'll miss Husky Ballpark. Well if they drive in from the north they can't miss it because they'll see it from Montlake Boulevard. If they drive in from the south and stop south of the Montlake Cut they won't be able to miss Husky stadium towering over it. A blind person could easily find his way to Husky Ballpark from there. It's kind of like someone saying Providence Park is in NW Portland. It is south of Burnside so it has a SW address. Even so, it seems more strongly connected to the NW Portland neighborhood.

IT'S A FIGHT ABOUT SEATTLE GEOGRAPHY! Yes, I'm totally being pedantic about the topic. But my residence in Seattle proper (not Kent or Everett or Issaquah, etc.) for 26 years makes me Seattle Geography Superiority Guy. Husky Stadium is "on" Montlake, not "in" Montlake. Husky Ballpark is neither. Just having some fun.
