I think our biggest issue is when we have a size advantage inside, we're almost too focused on exploiting it and end up forcing a lot of passes into a mass of bodies down low.

I agree about our posts. Too many lazy passes over the top. Post up strong and get a direct pass into our forwards.

Syd with 0 points midway through the 3rd quarter, on only 4 attempts.
This was my fear about the playoffs. Teams will sell out to stop Syd, and bet on the rest of the team to beat them (which isn't a bad bet).

Granted the Beavers played poorly but hand it to LBSU. They came to play and the Beavers weren't on their game. I wonder how much had to do with the long layoff. It couldn't have helped. You are playing bad and the other team hangs around. Then the pressure and frustration mounts. The confidence of your opponent soars. Then you press and things get worse.
Like I said above ball security is not good. If you aren't careless with the ball you can overcome a bad shooting day or just a poor effort.
