Terry was knocked down/tripped, incidental? Definitely contact. Hankerson (?) was wide open?
Tough ending.

Would love to see the replay on that last play. Was Terry tripped? It looked to me like he was playing for a penalty more than playing the ball.

Not to say we would have scored the TD, but first the flag before the ref says ready to play and then ignoring the knock down in the end zone. It sucks.

McCoy will probably kick himself when he sees the game film. Hankerson was WIDE open on that last play. I wonder if the play was just designed to go to Terry all along and just didn't even look at Hankerson.

Would love to see the replay on that last play. Was Terry tripped? I AM NOT watching the replay of this game. Once was sufficient.

The 2 short field touchdowns were the back breaker in my opinion. This was probably touched on in the thread but I am late getting to it.

Defense actually made enough stops on all the other 2nd Half drives by UNLV to win this game. Those short fields killed them. UNLV was already in FG range at the start of both those drives.

Our running game got stoned most of the night because we don't have a passing game. There's little to keep a defense honest against us.

Things just don’t get any better for us.
We play at Cal next week, who is ranked 17th out of 17 ACC teams, and is 0-4 in their new conference. You can have orange colored glasses all you want, but I don’t see any way in hell we win that game. They will be salivating to get a home win against us in that game.
Massive game the following week against SJSU. Our only hope to get to six wins and a bowl is to beat SJSU and Air Force who both aren’t good. It’s looking like 6-6 with a bowl game is our ceiling.
