Just some nuggets I saw fly by today... USU apparently has a "source" that has been right about several things before, including USU joining the Pac-12, and well before events happen. Now we all know how anonymous sources work... He says Memphis is a definitive yes and we'll bring along either Tulane, UTSA, or both. (BTW, just saw UTSA's basketball facility. Now one rumor is hogwash, but two unsubstantiated rumors from anonymous sources...well...that's a gold mine right there. I'm on vacation and am in the middle of a few vanilla porters and tequila shots. Sauces are telling me I want to believe this is happening tomorrow. Hey all, just wanted to chime in on this. I am a little dubious about this rumor from our board because it seems to good to be true. That said, the poster is not anonymous. He is our main recruiting reporter. He has great sources. I know him personally. He had Gonzaga coming and stuck by it. The only way this is likely wrong is if his source is being overly optimistic or if things change after he shares, both of which have happened with his info at times in the past. Anyway, he isn't just anonymous message board guy.
Take that for what it is worth from this anonymous message board guy 🙂

I don't know Aggies22 at all...still anonymous to me and probably most of us. But I mean if an anonymous poster comes in to vouch for a different anonymous poster, what can go wrong?   I hope he's right, just not getting my hopes too high. |
