Lincoln Riley was hired less than three years ago and seems to have relatively-quickly righted the ship. USC announced that they were joining the Big Ten before Riley ever coached a game.
It was kind of a rough 14 years post-Carroll, but Riley seems to have turned things around. Good for the Big Ten, though. They deserve a USC firing on all cylinders.
