Wouldn't be an OSU regional without getting picked off at least once baseball wise, this is the dumbest beaver team I can remember We must be REALLY GOOD, because we make a ton of stupid mistakes and still crush teams. |

Krieg comes in at first. Interesting decision. Good defensive move. I think it's interesting because it means that the coach knows that Krieg is the better person at first. I like Krieg there, but I didn't think pulling Guerra for one inning would make much of a difference. |

Bottom of the ninth: Krieg in for Guerra at 1B.... Is he really the better defender? Ground out, 0 on, 1 out (nice play by Hainline) Mike and the fans think Holmes is getting squeezed a bit Ground out, 0 on, 2 out (very nice play by Trosky) Fly out BEAVERS WIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! One thing to note about going to Kentucky, is they have a turf field as well. Should mean there's not much adjustment to the surface defensively.

Somebody must have said something to Mike Parker because he was really trying to not get agitated during some of those plate umpire calls. Long pauses and would then calmly discuss why Beaver fans may have been upset.
