Not getting in second game today could put us in double header territory tomorrow. Playing first game during day could reduce our home field advantage...play the damn games! It rained during Kentucky game yesterday and it stopped nothing.

Wish NCAA would have let us start the first game early this morning. Sticking with my prediction it won't rain enough to cancel.

Anyone know if the guy UCI is throwing against Tulane is the best option? He's pitched 6 innings this year and had tommy john surgery in 2023.

I think you have to go with the weaker pitching and hope the other offense wins out. You need the best pitching available against us because you are t winning a slug fest. |

Danny Suarez was Irvine's Saturday starter last year before he went down last year. He started the two last midweek games. I think that Irvine is kind of handling Suarez like we are handling Slattery. |
