I would like to thank the Reno Mountain search and rescue organization for finding and returning the Beav baseball team late in tonight's game to the ballpark in Pullman. Going to Reno for mid week games never turns out good. Maybe we are now over it.

The lackadaisical way we went after balls in play pissed me off more than anything. Kasper letting that guy get to 2nd on a single. Trosky just letting the ball roll into LF on a ball that went off of Lawson. Those extra bags that ended up being runs bit us in the ass. Glad we finally had an inning where we strung together hits. Other than that can’t say much. This team desperately needs some MF’er mentality man. No swag. I just don’t get it.

Just speculating but maybe too much 'superstar' hype and focus is not sitting well with the non superstars |

They scored their only run in 9th inning of game 1 then scored in the first 3 innings of game 2. Hopefully OSU can do same thing. |

As bad as it is (and it IS bad), if the Beavs win today they'll accomplish something for the first time this season: a PAC-12 Road Series win. Hard to believe that it was only 8 days ago that OSU clinched a PAC-12 series (albeit, at Goss) against one of the top teams in the PAC. Who knows where it goes from here? |
