You’re missing out on a couple other key contributors. Bilodeau is good. Rataj too Inconsistent. Then zilch. Akanno has 10 and four assists. No. A great team. Super young. Akanno, Chol, and Wright are the only meaningful upperclassmen. |

Bilodeau and Rataj would be riding pine without KC to spell Chol. KC needs to improve his decision making and passing on offense. KC is so green it hurts to watch from time to time. Chol was playing with his hair on fire tonight defensively. Too aggressive here and there, though. |

Said it all year, when Pope, Tyler and Rataj play well we can beat anyone.
When those big 3 don’t we lose. This ain’t meatloaf, 2 out of 3 won’t cut it.
Mike got in foul trouble early and never got on track.
The KC and Chol thing is a problem, Ndong hurt, Marrs not a 5…….there’s no 200 LB 19 yr old kid in the country that can guard Dante
We have no point guard, no dribble penetration, no drive and dish for easy ones. No spot up 3 sniper. (Although Tyler is close)
It’s crazy we have the island of misfit toys on this roster. Some good pieces but the pieces don’t fit together.
Pope not a PG forced to play PG: great player
Tyler great scorer, solid guy gaining offensive consistency: good player
Rataj sometimes he looks like a pac 12 HM player sometimes it’s forgettable : good player just doesn’t show up sometimes
Craig would play so much more if he could defend
Stevens and Rochelin were on the court all night and did nothing of note
KC, Chol and dex all have these moments where you’re like “there it is” and it lasts about 3 minutes.
Ndong seems like Rataj 2.0, Marrs can’t get in the game because he’s not big enough to play 5 and they can’t really give him Mike or Tyler’s minutes
I wish lake was a better defender because the kid is a good offensive player.

The start of the season killed this team.
You have a front loaded schedule with easy teams at home, you win all the games but half of them went in to OT and most were 5 points or less.
Craig, Lake, Marrs, Ndong all suffered big time from the upperclassmen not being able to put anyone away, now it’s coming back to bite us in the butt.
I don’t understand the Rochelin, wright and Stevens minutes at all 23 minutes of literally 0 0 0 0 0 0 of anything. Just awful.

He is in the right spot and keep his hands moving. Good nose for defense. Wright is a very good ball handler and passer, just not a big enough scoring threat to score to draw doubles and create mismatches. If Rochelin and Wright could have a kid with each of their best traits, you'd have something. I don't get Stevens playing pretty much ever. It would be nice to have a backup that could do something, anything in that spot. Instead, we get Stevens.......Like a much less-talented Hollins. |
