Have not seen Cal play, but looking at their stats the two transfers from Texas Tech — Tyson and Almaq — look like bad matchups for the good guys. Third leading scorer is their big 3-pt shooter, but doesn’t have a great shooting percentage.

Go Beavs Anything can happen but all you have to do is look at the horrid FG% on the road... offensively & defensively... and being outscored by almost 20 points in roadies. Cal has one of the better all around players in the league in Tyson. He is one of the few who has #s that improved in conference... 20.9 ppg on 49.4/40.0/78.3 with 7.2 boards and doesn't foul, 2 fouls per. The guy has been outstanding, and Fardaws is at 13.1/11.6, but can get into foul trouble. Cone is the other double digit scorer but hasn't shot it well in league. If you look at the home and road info... Cal wins by double digits scoring into the 70's. So, The Beavs can't have their 0-7 road performance shooting in the high 30's, and scoring under 60 points. |
