Promoted from within a failed management team???
This seems like a terrible decision. Hope I'm wrong!

I thought the same thing, a little hesitant but we’ll see. She has a lot of experience at every level of collegiate sports and oversaw the actual management of all the pac12 sports. She sounds like she is a lot more qualified than the last two to run the Pac12. And if both the wazzu and OSU presidents like her, I guess I’ll trust them this time, at least for now.

it’s full time starting March 1st I wasn't saying that it's a part time job lol Can you imagine - GK going for a job interview - "So, Georgie, tell us what you did for the Pac12 during your tenure there"? George - "I was very successful in running the organization with an eye towards cost cutting and reduction of overhead, and was instrumental in protecting the interests of 10 of the 12 schools in the Pac12"

LOL 🙄 She most likely won't be commissioner for a long time going forward. It's a full-time job, most likely on an interim basis. Not permanent by any means. LOL indeed.

Exactly - just another example of the corporate spin machine at it's finest - so, what you are saying, maybe there is a chance for Georgie Porgie going forward? . Dating myself I know, sounds like KKR

But, most end up back in some leadership role and on multiple boards doing nothing for 7 figures+. Like Por sports... it is a giant recycling process.
