Does the PAC retain claim to all past records set by then PAC member schools, or do those records, titles, honors, etc... follow each individual school to new destination?

Usually just go with the school because.they are the only ones left to claim them. Nobody really cares about records except your own fan base and maybe some crazy ones like season rushing yards.
I doubt many people could name 5 players with season total FBS records from memory.

Hmmmm, in 2 years, oops, 7 months, OSU and WSU could hold every Pac-12 record in every sport.
I'm not sure it usually works that way.

Was thinking more along the lines of a conference being able to claim X amount of: All Americans, National Titles, Heismans, Balitnikoffs, Rose Bowl wins, Bowl wins, etc... Not so much individual athlete statistical records.

Like the PAC will probably still claim all the baseball titles but the Big10 definitely will since they have -4 without scalping

Supposedly, if you own the name, you own the history. The Pac-12 will probably always claim the records and awards set under its label.

Since those schools are not actually moving anywhere physically I would think they would retain their records . Maybe I am misunderstanding your question though ?

I think the question is: isn't it going to be hard to call yourself "Conference of Champions" when a large number of the championships are held by teams in other conferences...?

They go to the same warehouse that holds the Ark of the Covenant. Someday, they will be studied by top men.

They went to digital streaming, but only after being replaced by cassettes and compact discs.
