Any thoughts, plans, schemes, ideas etc. on how to get rid of George K as quickly as possible without it costing OSU and WSU an arm and a leg.
If nothing else, it is terrible Karma to have this guy hanging around when clearly right to the bitter end he attempted to royally screw over OSU and WSU.

Have the same incredible legal team we just used comb through his employment contract.
Find a fireable "with cause" offense(s), then couple that with a threat of a damages lawsuit.
Whatever they do play it by the book. No future liability issues needed.

If he's not gotten a "needs improvement" performance review yet, better give him one tomorrow. If he has recieved one, it's time for another review. Either that, or introduce him to a female who will destroy his life in short order. |

He needs to be on administrative leave if he’s not already. Then gather the information to fire him for cause. This should be easy since he acted to harm the conference and lied in court to do it. |

Jan 2 is the rumored date of dismissal. Waiting until the new year for some legal or financial reason.

This is some serious ruminating going on, but I like it. Is it really possible he gets fired with cause and a with possible damages lawsuit? These are tremendous legal allegations.

What are the damages, what is your cause of action, and what proof do you have? Blithering incompetence does not create a cause of action absent bodily or mental harm. |
