If they win, all realignment heck will really break loose, and probably not just their league.

If I'm the ACC, I let FSU go if they want to, and redistribute it's share among the other members, give them a little boost. IMHO, FSU has a very inflated opinion of their national brand.
Florida will block them in the SEC, the Big Ten doesn't need them and the Big 12 is a worse league than the ACC.

And the Beavs are mentioned re: ACC missing the point on expansion.

That ACC contract has not aged well. Just another example of these huge TV deals running college football. It's really sad that it's coming to this. I spose it's been in the works for decades. Honestly, I'm a little less interested in college football each day.

And the Beavs are mentioned re: ACC missing the point on expansion. It's been head scratching to see our success, and eye balls on tv's, get completely disregarded. I've come to the conclusion the powers that be just don't want to have to come to Corvallis.

FSU to the Pac 12!!!! No. We have enough drama to contend with without adding the State of Florida's problems to the mix. HARD PASS.

Oh, what must be going through the minds at Stanford and Cal right now. Should the Pac-2 throw them a lifeline?

Oh, what must be going through the minds at Stanford and Cal right now. Should the Pac-2 throw them a lifeline? I don't think they would take it. They would look at the likely path forward for a reconstructed PAC and reject it, because they would refuse to be associated with the California State university system. I know a few Stanford alums and they are vociferous and unanimous in this sentiment. " Stanford and Fresno in the same conference? NO." I expect they will try to buy their way into the Big 10 if the ACC implodes. No idea whay Cal would do, they are so deep underwater in financial terms, I am surprised that they keep athletics around.
