The final thing to remember about all of this is that Jacksonville State and James Madison would be bowl eligible, if there are not enough six-win teams.
James Madison has appealed this rule at least twice this year, and both appeals have, so far, been denied.

The Ivy League doesn't even permit its teams to play in the FCS playoffs. So 1, that's not going to happen, and 2, if it did, then yes. The Ivy League also does not permit its members to offer athletic scholarships in football. Any Ivy League university would basically have to transition to become a full FCS member before they became an FBS university. No they wouldn't. The Pioneer League doesn't offer scholarships and their champion has an automatic bid. Same with the Patriot League in the past. Almost all Ivy League kids are on some sort of academic scholarship anyways so whether they offer athletic scholarships is sort of a moot point.

Ohio State and Okie look like $hit this weekend. Wow! Agree with okie, not with Ohio St. Ohio St’s D looked great and their O did enough to win against a very good D.

What is wrong with WSU? The offense and defense OSU faced is non existent. What has changed with this team?

Hmmm... playing the #13 overall D, 12th in scoring D, 16th in Run D, 17th in Passing yds allowed. Having a pretty good 1st have with regards to how Oregon rates, especially considering how pathetic WSU has been the last two weeks.

Good decision on 4th, but HORRENDOUS play call. How about you keep the ball in the play makers hands with the skills they excel at. Perfect of example of trying to fool someone vs playing to your own strengths.
Turn the game around completely.

Big Ten halftime scores of ongoing games: 10-3, 14-7, 10-6, after a 20-12 snoozefest.
They get $70 million a year per team for this?
