As a comment in the Reddit thread said: It is amazing how at every opportunity, GK has done the wrong thing or made the wrong choice.

Liar, liar. Pants on fire. His nose is longer than a telephone wire.
He perjured himself with his letter to the court.

How is he still employed?? You would have to ask those who are still voting members on the board why they have not voted him out.

How is he still employed?? Well, my suspicion is that the courts needs to clarify who exactly needs to be on board (pun intended) to fire him for cause for that question to be answered. I guess its in his best interests for there to be FUD regarding the answer to that question, to the tune of $69K PER WEEK. Sigh. An related question to be asked is "who thought it was a good idea to HIRE him?" Go Beavers!

How is he still employed?? The way he allowed ESPN to get up and leave the table without offering them anything else to bite on, keeping them on the line, on top of all else that's come to light since, I'm starting to think he may have been operating at the direction of one or two schools with their ultimate goal being the destruction of the conference.

Mark my words: The base culprit who initially started PAC's destruction rolling was USC. SC's torpedoing of Oklahoma/Texas joining the PAC and their hiring of the inept and corrupt Mike Bohn as AD was part of a general plan that was hatched long before USC officially left the PAC. I would love to know who put them up to it...but I'd bet it was in response to $$$ dangled by one or two highly influential sports media giants.

Crazy thing is, this dude will probly walk away some amount of millions in his pocket. That is infuriating given the devious and OSU/WSU damaging things he has done (cue in rgeorge to defend Kliavkoff any sec).
