Seems to me the judge in Colfax now has ample written evidence that when you announce you're leaving, you forfeit your board seat, and voting rights. Dismiss Washington's suit.

The way he allowed ESPN to get up and leave the table without offering them anything else to bite on, keeping them on the line, on top of all else that's come to light since, I'm starting to think he may have been operating at the direction of one or two schools with their ultimate goal being the destruction of the conference. Interesting. If you really wanted to add to the dark conspiracy fire... "The Pac-12 executive committee, including University of Oregon President Michael Schill as chair; Kirk H. Schulz, Washington State University president; and Ana Mari Cauce, president of the University of Washington, will immediately commence a national search for Scott’s replacement as commissioner." Of course, Shulz doesn't fit the mold, but the chair was uo and the other part of the votes needed to get a commissioner? uw... <insert creepy conspiracy music here>  |

Most likely he was expressly told to stay away because his presence would have turned the entire affair into a circus and taken away the focus from basketball. |
