Semi. The request takes 10 minutes to file. Then you wait two months. Then you may get a document that takes an hour to digest if you have read enough of them. UO just let me know I'm not getting anything from them. So I took 10 minutes to file an appeal with the Lane County District Attorney. Now I wait for a couple months. Bill, I presume you are filing FOIA requests? How can they deny the request? They denied citing three sections of code. The typical stuff (trade secrets, under negotiations, etc.). The DA did contact UO and their response was that they did not have an agreement. I guess both can be true. They don't have it, but if they did they would not share. I will try again in a couple months. |

I would guess there has to at least be a memorandum of understanding/agreement with the B10 office and the media provider(s)??

November 14th is the next court date for the Mighty 2 vs the douchy 10 247sports.com/college/washington-state/article/wsu-football-pac-12-osu-court-battle-preliminary-injunction-hearing-nov-14-restraining-order-extended-217092122/The preliminary injunction is to determine which schools have voting rights on the Pac to conduct business matters that would affect the future of the conference — only WSU and OSU, or all 12 schools. The Nov. 14 hearing will be in Whitman County Superior Court in Colfax in front of Judge Gary Libey, the same judge who granted the restraining order in favor of the Cougs and Beavs earlier this month. There are more legal steps before the hearing, including an expedited discovery process on Oct. 13, just two weeks away. It could potentially hold a treasure trove of internal information. |
