You would not give some schools full stake? If ore and Washington wanted full stake plus some extra for them would that be okay to get them to sign. Unequal sharing okay at this point? Seems like everyone in the pac is all for themselves so I could see negotiations within negotiations. Especially from the four corners and ore/wash schools. It should be fairly easy to get the new schools to agree to a lower initial payout that increases over time. Both Colorado and Utah agreed to that when they came in. The trouble I see is IF it were to be the rumored 200 million deal, there better be a big escalator for the league as they add teams and provide more games. The Presidents would really regret blowing off ESPN's initial 24.5 per school offer. Other possibility is that the league gets paid to produce the games for TV on top of the announced "deal". The Pac 12 has at least some of the equipment and experience for producing football content, APPLE, I'm not so sure.

With the remaining 9 schools in the PAC - equal share. New members? Partial share to start, full share when the next TV contract is up for renewal. None of the new schools being considered are currently in P5 conferences, correct? UW and Hole can access other sources of revenue - since they think they are national brands. Maybe they can start their own TV network, like the longhorns did.

The other schools will go...where?
UofA may jump, ASU may jump if nothing else is available, Utah will hold on with its fingernails but jump only if forced to do so.
I don't honestly believe Cal or Stanford really care. UW and Uo can wait all day for a B1G invitation, but I just don't think it's coming until they are 1 year into USC/UCLA ops to see how it all works.
Their best bet is to take an all-streaming option, throw in 1 game a week for PAC 12 After Dark /ESPN, partner with the ACC on 1 game a week for the CW doubleheader and then work very hard on a) merging with whomever wants to stay in the ACC as two divisions within one conference and b) negotiate a winner take all deal for next time that allows them to turn around and poach programs from the Big 12.

We need Bobby Axelrod money/magic to come in and F up the other conferences and make the Pac 20 the elite conference in all the land... Can you tell I have been streaming 'Billions'?

C’mon Apple TV! We need another deep pocket player in the game or everyone’s gonna be nursing the espn teat. And that’s mostly what got us to this point in the first place.

Multiple rumors it is the $20 mil per team overall that was leaked earlier. George lost any leverage to get in increased.
It is said to have some incentives "selling points" that could get it to $25 mil.
We'll see what George has to say about details, but he maybe concurrently looking for a new position?!
There are some ADs sharpening their pencils if it's anything close to that. And, if it's being announced within 48 hours you can bet Administrations already have been told.
Turn the fan off, as something dense is about to hit!

Your point about the Big Ten seeing how UCLA and SC do before inviting UW or UO is interesting. But don’t you think it would be easier to take them and then schedule them against each other? Sort of a Pacific Big Ten.

Actually it's not... JC and 1080 are sourcing former Pac12 resources. I want "pat on the back" points if I'm right! 🤣 Wait... it's not my guess or prediction... just passing on from a CBS podcast that cited sources with Pac12 connections.

What did Canzano say regarding the $20m rumor? I don't watch his podcast, all he's said via Twitter is SDSU and maybe SMU come in in next year or two?

Supposedly scheduled after said announcement from the conference on the media deal. So result of this meeting probably dependent on what is presented.

Arizona can go the the pac-12 meeting and basically name their revenue share amount. If not to their liking they will be gone before the sun sets. Smart move by them to go in with leverage. "Hey, we have another meeting, lets see what you have." "Match what we would get from the Big 12 in revenue share or we are gone"
