Raegan Timea AJ Talia I think those 4 are locked in for the beginning of the season. I think Adlee will start the season as a starter and if she plays well she will keep it. The wild card this year is going to be Donovyn. I really like her game and think it will transfer to the college level.

I see Adlee first off the bench for either TvO or AJ.

I am not sure that I would lock in AJ.
Reagan, Talia, and Timea will start for sure.
The other 2 spots are a complete guess at this point and will probably change by the 8th or 9th game.
AJ, Dono, Adlee, Kelsey, Martha, and Dom are in the mix for those other 2 spots.
Lily and Kennedie will get a few mins here and there.
Sela and Susana won’t play much.
Nice to have some depth. Also nice to have the Italy trip to work some things out prior to the non-conference games.

Who starts isn't all that important...PT is. I will say that Blacklock should be in top four in minutes. She's that talented.

Beers then Rees
Timea then Paurova
Talia then AJ then Yepes
Adlee then AJ then Lilly
Martha then Hunter then Schuler
Heide after 7 knee dislocations, and being able to play an average of 6 games over the past three years, is probably not a factor as anything more than a cheerleader. But if she can play she would be more of a scoring threat than Rees has shown so far.
I think AJ should come off the bench because she has the ability to bring so much energy when she does. But she should get starter minutes.

I heard in an interview that Adlee has been working on her point guard skills. If she can continue the ability to not get burned while flying around on defense that she showed last year and still shoot she will get a lot of minutes. Interestingly Rueck didn't try to slow her down and she didn't give him any reason to.

From what I’ve watched of her in U19, Dom will push to start. She’s an Ellie Mack in the making, a natural finisher at all 3 levels. If we struggle to make shots again this year, I see her number coming up significantly.

I'm a big fan of Dom's but I doubt she has any shot at starting as a freshman, unless the Beavs have some injuries. Three starters are almost certain. Talia, Timea, and Talia, unless the coaches wanted to bring one of them off the bench like Rae last season. It is always a positive to have some scoring punch coming in off the bench. There will probably be a battle between AJ and Adlee for another starting spot, and if the end of last season is any indication it will be Adlee. AJ has proved to be very valuable off the bench. The other starter likely comes down to Martha or Donovyn. I think we will be happy with either one of them.

Guessing you meant Raegan instead of the second Talia.

LOL... I'm more concerned with who finishes, and in how many Pac12 games that occurs. Like most of the players listed above are sitting for chunks of the 4th qtr and the last minute in terms of having leads and meaning OSU is not a 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th place team.

A deserved climb in the player power rankings comes for Paurova who has further enhanced her reputation with some fine displays for a Czech team who can cause any opponent plenty of headaches. She has averaged 18.3 points, 5.3 rebounds, 2.8 assists, and 2.3 steals per game, perhaps most impressively sitting in the top five in the competition for both scoring and efficiency - which is superb at 20.3. The experience of playing with the senior team at the FIBA Women's EuroBasket 2023 has given her the impetus to be a true leader.
