Bruno not pitching in the 9th is all I need to know how serious the Cardinal took that game. Bruno threw 32 pitches the day before. (Stanford put him in the eighth, when it was still a four-run game.) Bruno should not have pitched whether Stanford cared or not. Around 30 is usually the cutoff. Also, what happened to the Washington game? |

I was at the game last night, in Scottsdale. They hesitated to dogpile, then went ahead and did it. That breaks the Canham Rule. They are screwed in the Regional now, no matter where they go.
Speaking of dogpiles, I still have not forgiven them for dogpiling in front of their dugout at PK, two years ago, after they beat us. You'd of thought they had won in Omaha.
Last night, they wore black. With a infantile looking duck logo on the chest. Cute, if you're six years old, and in Little League. FTd!
