Gonzaga got bounced by #4 Arkansas in 2022 and #4 Connecticut in 2023 by a combined 34 points. In baseball and football? |

I think Gonzaga's window at winning a national championship might be closing. Timme might be smart to come back for his Covid year, cash in on NIL money, and then take a shot at the NBA. There are many "experts" who don't project him as anything beyond a career backup.
That's UNC star Bacot's approach, seems like a smart one.

I realize we can't do more than guess, but how much do you think Timme gets for a year at Gonzaga? If he made an NBA roster, what's the minimum salary? What's the salary range for a first division player in Spain or France?

Exactly...my comment was for the people commenting as to whether osu would want this kind of success. Of course we would. It would just be much harder in this conference over the stretch of years we are talking about for Gonzaga. Few didn't turn this program around,it was already good under Monson before he left for Minnesota. |

Win you division full of weaklings, then get REALLY pumped 4-5 games a year. Gonzaga is clearly "next level" in their league, and they have great results against the few "next level" teams they play against. What would happen if they step up a league and have to play a tougher schedule, potentially twice a week, for 10-12 weeks straight? Who knows? |
