Promote Holsinger and Hunter, then bring in a young coach that can recruit! Preferably a woman and former player. Jenny was the recruiting coordinator, so someone with that experience would be good. Seems like Duke has some person who is titled "Director of Recruiting and Player Development". Maybe she is too young and inexperienced to work with SR and the Beavs? There are plenty of names to throw out there. I'm wondering is Scott already had a plan in place. That ship has passed, I doubt Aleah would leave. From what I've read Kara is mentoring her to move up into an assistant coaching position. Maybe the next opening at Duke. They got really close on the 3x3 team for a couple years. Spent hours scouting other teams both live and recorded. Supposedly Kara had Aleah write a yes list, things she would say yes to. High on the list was working with Kara.

My choice for previous players would be to get Mandy Close (Kavanaugh) back but that won't happen.

Otherwise, it would be wise for her to stay. Everything else you mentioned is 2 and3 years old. A lot happens in that timeframe.

If it were former players, I'd love to have Mik return in some fashion, but I'm not sure she is done trying to play, nor do I know that she would have an interest in coaching since she looked to become a doctor. I'd love Syd as well, but I'm not sure she has any interest in coaching either.
I do think the Beavs could use someone with experience, and a good recruiter is always a priority in my book, but this is all about what SR is looking for, and I have a feeling he already has a narrow list.

Washington defeated Oregon 63-59 in the WNIT quarterfinal (which was when UCLA defeated us last season). Very impressed with the job Tina Langley did this season. They have a nice group coming in next season as well.
Oregon had a rough season and dealt with a lot of injuries including losing Prince for the entire season. Their 247Sports writer seemed to think that Pao Pao was considering entering the portal but will likely be back. Rogers will also decide whether or not she wants to use her Covid-19 year.

I didn't watch much of uo games but I did see that gravy appeared distant, not really as much interaction with his players as in the past. It was very obvious. This season was tough on the state of Oregon.

I love it. When asked what she wanted to most improve upon for next season, she immediately said, "Ball handling skills.", smiled looking at the camera and said, "Can always use more point guards."

Adlee does have decent handles. We could see Adlee play some point next season as she has great court vision and tall enough to pass over the top.

Future of Oregon wbb:
The Ducks enter the offseason with Hosendove, Hanson and Ahlise Hurst departing, having exhausted their eligibility, and signees Sofia Bell and Sarah Rambus joining fellow class of 2023 recruit Sammie Wagner, who enrolled at UO in January, and Lane CC transfer Bella Hamel.
The intrigue for Oregon lies in the looming decisions of Rogers, who has until approximately 5 p.m. PT Tuesday to tell the WNBA if she is renouncing her final year of college eligibility to enter the 2023 WNBA draft, and Paopao. They have similar skillsets and seldom produced simultaneously against ranked opponents over the past two seasons. Rogers has been noncommittal about her intentions for next season and Paopao would not say whether Rogers returning would influence her thought process about whether to return for a fourth season at UO.

Well, the last remaining Pac 12 team said adios. Washington got destroyed by Kansas. Big improvement for UW this season. When they were good, they looked sharp. But when they were bad, they were awful, which still happened too often. They need more hoopers, too many of their veteran players just can't do much. Several have used up their eligibility, but some are still lingering.

I wanna see Noble and Schwartz get less minutes, they just don't get it done in my opinion. More Stines and Ladine, they have way more upside. Next year's Fr. need to be ready to contribute right away. They have a glaring need for outside shooting, and just shot makers and play makers in general. With the exception of a few games, the offense was bad. As bad as during the Wynn era really. Daniels was good this year, she's gonna need help in the front court. Probably gonna have to hit the portal for that.
