WSU has Utah on the ropes. We'll see if they can pull it off; better matchup for the Beavs if they can win tonight, mainly because it will be the 3rd game for both teams. Lever-Walker just hit a stone cold dagger of a 3-pointer from 5’ beyond the arc to put the Cougs up 6 with about 10 sec left. Cougs don’t coug this one. Win 66-58 vs Pac-12 co-champs #3 Utah. |

I did not have an opportunity to view the regular season OSU vs Colorado game at Gill where the Buffaloes won by 19 points. That would seem to be an indication of quite a difference between the quality of the teams. Then you factor in the Beavs having to play two games in less than 24 hours.
In your view do the Beavs have much a chance in this one. If so, what needs to happen (other than the obvious one-score more points! (grin))

CU, at 22-7/13-5 is definitely legit. I think Beavs have a chance to get the W if they get some breaks and capitalize on them. Other folks know more about matchups than I do but I know that CU lost to Arizona by 19 and we beat UA last week by 8, if that means anything. A strong game by Jelena seems to raise everyone else's game so I think she's key. |

I have no idea what to expect in this one.
I do know my hopes for the team for next year if everyone returns are very, very high!

Does my cold heart good to see Utah lose, in any sport. Maybe my least-favorite Pac-12 team, other than UO and USC.

Nice start for Beavs. Up 20-15 after 1Q.
Both teams 7/15 from the field but Beavs 4/5 from 3. And 2/2 from the line.

Tied at the break. 33-33. Not bad considering Raegan/Jelena combining for 2 pts.
Bendu should not be shooting beyond 6’ unless it’s a FT.
