Bad refs!!! It was a timeout call before Cal grab the ball for jump ball.

That was never a held ball! Cal never had full or partial possession Raegan had possession and called TO. Ref calls a held ball/Cal possession.
Got screwed there.

Cal player doesn't even have a hand on the ball. Raegan is calling time-out and the ref with a clear shot of the action calls "jump ball." Absolute BS! However, we should not be in this situation to begin with. When you leave it up to the refs, game's over.
