That’s not a foul. Brink is entitled to her space and she did not bring her arms down. That’s a good no call. Brink reached around Raegan with her right are prior to the ball getting to her and then as Raegan turned and shot, Brink's left arm was riding on Beers' back as she shot. Can't do that, it's a foul all day. MB.

I'm a little late in posting this but Stanford sure dosen't look like the 3rd ranked team in the nation to me. I'm thinking they may be over-rated or maybe their young pg was still feeling the effects of her injury---she only played 16 min. against us and did little in the game. Other thoughts on this?

Stanford is excellent defensively, however they a bit shooting challenged. Especially against a position sidebar team like OSU, the ability to sag off non threats really helps. However, Stanford has so much size and defensive talent, they can just squeeze the life out of a team. Check out Oregon’s shooting stage today for instance.

Good points wbosh....now that you mention it I did notice how far we were sagging off most of their shooters, and I think you are right that their stifling defense helps them win many close games despite their poorish outside shooting.
