I moved this year and am excited to see where I am this year. Plus the games start in a week.

Don't have mine yet either.... They only print them out if you request it and shell out 30 bucks when I did it, and 50 bucks now. Otherwise, you do the phone thing. I received mine in the mail yesterday.

My "old school" tickets came in snail mail last Thursday. Will probably do the phone app next year? Are parking passes done on the app as well? Looking forward to 10/30!!!

I got a notice that my tickets were available in my account. But going to my account there is nothing there. Anyone else having better luck?

I found an email announcing they were available in my “Promotions” folder on Comcast. I logged into the account and yes, they are there for download… but it said in the account that they could only be downloaded a few days before the event. In the email it suggested that there is a way to download them all at once to Apple Wallet, though I’ve yet to discover how to do that.

I found how to load them to wallet, but only one ticket at a time. I finally saw the fine print down at the bottom of each that does the download.

I received mine in the mail yesterday. So how is it that a service that has forever been provided for free, that has always been built into the cost of doing business, now cost $30 or $50? It totally pisses me off.....

Last year they charged me $20. This year, it was $30 if requested by a certain date (I think October 19), and $50 if requested after that.
You will recall that they used to automatically print and mail the tickets, the cost of which was, by definition, built into the overall cost of the season tickets. Each ticket had a picture of one of the players. Very nice operation.
Then they decided, apparently, that all season ticket holders had cell phones, and would be comfortable using them as their ticket. I find that rather curious since I would be willing to make book, at pretty attractive odds, that a much larger percentage of season ticket holders are on Medicare than are not, and the over/under for age would be about 71.
So they decided they would do it via the internet to save themselves printing and mailing costs, and, for those that weren't comfortable with that, screw 'em! - we'll clip them for 30 bucks.
I don't find this surprising. I've always viewed the ticket office (and all arms of the Athletic Department I've dealt with) as very inefficient, poorly run, and not caring too terribly much about customer service.

Not at all surprised the $50 charge is pissing people off. How on earth can Athletics justify $50 for a few small pieces of paper (or cardboard, or whatever they are)? Maybe I need to get out of education and join the printing industry, which I had assumed was pretty much dead.

I admit I am becoming increasingly disenchanted by the "nickel and diming" (and sadly, it ain't nickels and dimes, but you get the point) by collegiate athletics - you want printed tickets? it's going to cost you an arm and a leg. Couple that with at home experiences for almost every game, revolving door rosters and increased awareness of needing to stretch my dollars every time I pull up to a gas pump/grocery store, and I start thinking "I can get a lot of Sling subscription for $50". Note that I am not even *that* affected by this - yes, I have a mobile device, yes, I have been using it at games, but that email still rankled since it had the faint odor of "shakedown" about it. Perhaps they needed to offer fridge magnet schedules to go with printed tickets to make it more palatable? :-).
Go Beavers!

I'm glad we have the phone app for our ticketing. Phone app has made it much easier on me to transfer tickets to my family & friends. Getting physical tickets to family and friends was a real challenge before the app came along.
