I'm glad we have the phone app for our ticketing. Phone app has made it much easier on me to transfer tickets to my family & friends. Getting physical tickets to family and friends was a real challenge before the app came along. I think the point being made is that phone app might be a nice alternative for people who would prefer that to physical tickets. Making it the default process, and then putting the screws to those who prefer or need physical tickets is really disgraceful. |

I was not wanting to take away from the point being made, but was trying to share how the app is a "plus" for some of us.
