Cote committed to OSU last winter but without a lot of fanfare. The OSU twitter account flashed it and PBR reported it and has had him as part of our 24 goup for quite a while. He's from Quebec and plays with the Ototoks Dawgs in Alberta.
Easy to miss that one but I posted him here when I saw it, If you can scroll back, you'll see my post
