Do we have an outfielder to replace boyd that can swing the bat? Doesn't matter much if our top three go pretty much hitless.

If the ump is horsesh*t both ways does that make it ok. Lots of reactions by both teams As long as its called the same both ways. Good or bad. Then no one should have anything to complain about.

Kmatz pitched a darn good game! 1 run will not win us very many games.

The frustrating part for me wasn't the homer. The frustrating part has been we have the bats on our shoulders the last few innings. Not sure what these kids are looking for. Gotta be aggressive and not start 0-2 every hitter...

I guess I have a harder time dismissing incompetence. The strike zone is a defined space, never liked the personal interpretation with the excuse that it’s the same for both

This is really crunch time for the Beavs. 1, 2, 3. And a pitcher that they've seen all day. If we can't string together some hits, then hats off to AZ.
New pitcher in for AZ. Let's light him up, boys! (Beaver boys, in case the Fates are confused.)

Its all good as long as its consistent. Game would lose alot of charm with auto zones imo. "As long as it's consistent." Would you feel the same about an ump who consistently called a runner safe at first, even if he was out by a step? Or an ump who consistently called outs on balls that were clearly trapped? Shouldn't the runner/hitter just have to adapt, instead of expecting the play be called correctly? After all, the ump is just being consistent. There is a defined strike zone. An ump who consistently calls strikes balls, or vice-versa, is a bad ump. Period.

T8th Beavs in serious danger if they don't get noisy with the bats 5-1 Arizona. Pitch change from Arizonat o Orloff. 1-2 record w/ 32IP/32H/20ER/15B/33K Meckler lead off ground out to SS. His 4th time up and 4th time kept off the bags. Forrester doubles to left with a donkey kick past the glove of the third baseman. Melton struck out swinging. 1-4 tonight. Guerra Towering fly to shallow center. Big country left on base
