Otherwise, they haven't been hitting Kmatz much at all. OTOH, we've been making decent contact...just too often right at someone. I figure we'll break it open soon. |

The problem with the offensive production is that the decision will have to me made soon on Ferrer taking the mound today rather than starting tomorrow. Lattery has been fine for 3 innings, and Brown can extend, but the decision will soon be a forced decision. Kmatz has done very well for a freshman, Pac12 starter, but the 3rd time through the order has been tough. My second guessing and hope is Ferrer.

He can go 80+ and has twice this year. He’s still getting plenty of good outs. |
