Not good. The mantra of "wait til next year" has taken a serious hit with these outgoing transfers.

Other two I could live with, this one stings.
I read on the Baylor board earlier this year that an early exit/not making tournament = our bigs leaving.
We’ll be crazy young next year. Jones is not the type of player you upgrade over.
Jordyn Jenkins should be a top priority for OSU.

We need to get back to recruiting players like Seigner, McWilliams, Hanson, Weisner, Gulich, Wiese, Pivec, Hamblin, Hunter, Goodman, Washington, Tudor, etc. Enough with these "elite" recruits. So often, little return for a whole lotta hype.

Surprising, and not a surprise really. She was said to be thinking about it during the DS "issue"/ transfer.
Supposedly be parents were quite concerned and met with SR more than once. AG helped with her staying.

So often, little return for a whole lotta hype. The “we’re a national program and can recruit nationally” has not worked. Maybe time to go back to the PNW and west coast roots. |

F__k the portal. I won’t be investing anymore money, time, and certainly not emotion on a team and it’s players of NO RELATION to me when it means this little to them. FUBAR. Oregon State and Corvallis seem to have an “non-endearing” quality about them. Too, too easy to say adios to. I’ve prayed about it, and my mental and physical (?) health depend on me making the decision to divorce myself from supporting AND rooting for intercollegiate athletics. Beaver fan since 1970. Sports fan most all of my 64 years on this earth. Sad f%#*ing day for me.

Not good. The mantra of "wait til next year" has taken a serious hit with these outgoing transfers. yep, I fully admit I was one of those “wait till next year”. But I dont know what to think now. Our freshman had better be ready or close to it. And some transfers of our own. Go get another Ellie Mack or two, which I know isn’t easy because she wasn’t a “big name” but what an addition. Really bummed about this one. I think Greta could have been a good one and Kennedy was a good player, not a great one. But Taylor was a really good center although hurt the last two years. |
