If anyone wants to check out the Beavers latest commit, his Prolific Prep team is playing the number 1 seed in the GEICO Nationals. On the roster I found, it appears his number is 0.

Should get a decent read on him today. Watched some of the first two games in tourney and the teams were littered with top 100 players and other P5 recruits. And since not an all-star game can actually see what players are like in a real team setting.

Watched first half and Pope looks to me to be a legit Pac 12-quality recruit. He’s small, so if he wants to be a good Pac 12 player, he’s gonna have to work off and on the court. I’d like him to show a better motor than I’ve seen here, but he has some skills. Hit two 3-pointers and I believe he has 8 points.

Tre White looks to be quite good, headed to USC. Mor Seck has a good build, just caught the last couple minutes and didn't see much of what he can do. One of those kids who started basketball late. He's apparently not committed anywhere at the time.

Pretty much an all star team. Through 10 games,Pope was 4th leading scorer behind guys going to SC,UCLA and Kansas. Obviously not a guy who has to be THE man on next years osu team. Solid get

He is far from being the star of Prolific Prep (even with two all americans sitting out with injury) but he's clearly trusted with the ball and gets it to the stars. I wonder what he'd look like on a team where he's needed to score and be the star? |

Excluding the last second half court shot he's hit 5 of the 6 three pointers I've watched. Must've missed some early, announcers said 5 of 9.
