I'm just curious are we just to slow to actually play tight woman to woman defense? New Mexico certainly has a large speed advantage, but the defense picked up significantly in Q2 highlighted by a shot clock violation late. If we can replicate that defense this game is very winnable. |

I'm just curious are we just to slow to actually play tight woman to woman defense? Absolutely no way OSU can play m2m vs a team like this (or many teams this season!). Getting beat down the court after made hoops trying to get to a zone. Lobos last hoop/layup scored with 3 Beavers still with their backs to the ball and at foul line or above. OSU just has to hope they chill like the last 4 min of the 2nd. Lobos will trade hoops all day. |

30-11 run... but, not really because of OSU defense. Lobos getbwide open looks almost every possession.
They are stone cold, under 38%, and OSU playing smart, limiting turns.
Back to a one possession game in 4th qtr should favor OSU's inside/out game?!
But, with Lobos getting looks they'll have to stay cold.

AJ has really struggled tonight and Greta has been a non-factor. Really need a PG and SG out of the portal for next year IMO.
