What is Scott's record now since the contract extension? It seemed to be important to somebody, for some reason. And eat s***, Graves. I heard from some people who work at the scorer's table that his conduct on Friday night was disgraceful. Disgraceful towards the refs? OSU players? His own team? OSU fans? Disgraceful language? All I know about Graves is he needs to wear a bigger shirt. |

I listened to the game in the car on Varsity Network. Ron was in fine voice today. Great win for the Beavs. The next one may not end well but at least the women have forward momentum going into it. The game on Friday was winnable for sure and would have helped but that is history. Keep fighting ladies!!! Go Beavs.

Still chuckling, camera went to Greta waving & saying "goodbye" to the crowd bailing fast and furious ! Looking for the freethrow stats, gotta be a record ,right ? We all know *uck fans are fair weather fans, as long as there is room on the bandwagon. |

I'm guessing they were trying to cool down our 3-pt shooting (?). That was a lot of free throws, versus the ucks' 12 - 17. Beavers don't see that too often. |

A good, much needed win. Talia was the best player on the floor and you could tell she really wanted it. Back to back Pivec-like rebounding games for her. Really efficient performance.
Mack and Mitrovic were huge off the bench. Love watching Ellie take advantage of mismatches. She knows how to punish a smaller guard.
29 bench points for OSU compared to 17 for Oregon (and Sabally is typically a starter for Prince). Perhaps a lack of player development for Prince? Never seen a player so talented look so disinterested at times.
Rebounding and FG% margins were very much “Rueck basketball.” Unfortunately the turnovers and FGA disparities were too.
Poor FT shooting made this game a lot closer than it should have been.
Hopeful we can get some feedback from sparty, rgeorge, and Judge Smails as well.

I had a seat next to a *uck fan in Corvallis. I noticed Prince seemed slow compared to last season. I asked if she was battling injury or illness. He said that she not injured or ill, just lazy. I did laugh out loud a little when he said that.

I'm sure none of that is any surprise to them - it's exactly what they signed-up for. But operations staff did not sign up for that and should be dealt with professionally. If cursing out a referee merits a T, so should cursing out someone at the scorer's table. It is nice to no longer see that mouthy redheaded former OSU assistant on the uo bench. |
