-- And further on the nonsense about "if we only had quick guards" -- It's not nonsense, particularly at the point. And I'm talking above average quickness. The only player SR has had at the point who meets that criteria was Slocum. It's why the defensive plan by teams with quick backcourts is always to use pressure. I've seen so many pockets picked through the years, often turnovers by some of OSU's top players. It doesn't mean any of those players or current players are bad. But most of Rueck's teams definitely were not loaded with speed/quickness. Women's basketball has been trending toward a much more dynamic, uptempo game that requires speedy PGs to run the show and, in turn, requires speedy opponents to defend them.

Agree 100 percent. Seems some do not want to admit it.,I have been frustrated with Rueck for 3 Years. It is on Focus or emphasis. I kike Scott but are we going to be satisfied with being ok but not elite? We are good at a few Sports. Enough about that. Thanks for pointing out speed our lack of. I think Oregon had 28 more shots than we did. Luckily they missed about 70 percent of them. We shot lot’s of free throws. Not because we ran and forced quick shots.

So just maybe your season is made that we beat tsdtr once. Even one has a different bar set I guess. Maybe his expectations are set alittle higher in all fairness.

Huh, that's weird. Jonas turned down those jobs but then lost out on the job at Montana to Holsinger. He didn't lose out on the Montana job.... Well that's what the Montana newspaper said. But I guess they got it wrong.

Because if you look at the analytics for that last game Talia had by far the best defensive game for either team. You should call/email them about how wrong they are and how Talia can't defend because she's too slow to do so.
