"Due to COVID-19 protocols, USC women's basketball head coach Lindsay Gottlieb will not be available to coach the Trojans' games this week in Oregon.
In place of Gottlieb, who remains in Los Angeles, Danyelle Grant will handle head coaching duties..."

USC's most recent PAC victory was Jan. 16 at home against UW. In that game they overwhelmed the Huskies in the 2nd half (2nd half: USC shot 62% from field / 56% 3-Pt).
Since November, all but 1 of their games has been played in Southern California: 3 weeks ago they lost in Boulder by 13.

I'd be curious to know what type of adjustments you expect.

I'd be curious to know what type of adjustments you expect. My guess is they would be the type of adjustments that would allow us to score more than 49 points per game ans shoot a higher percentage than 33.6 - our averages the last 2 games. It would not include the type of adjustment that would hold our number of turnovers under 10. That would be like calling for world peace - nice thought, but it ain't gonna happen.

So SR should tell them to shoot better and make better passes. Brilliant.

Thanks, Judge, that really is brilliant. I imagine it hadn't occurred to Rueck to mention those things.

You seem to think you should control any and all conversations by dumping a big dose of childlike comments ! It’s quite alright to have fun - even at others expense , however you appear to be either a child or a craggy old man that sits at his mom’s computer 24/7, just hoping to get off a sniper post . If that is what you love doing… ?? , Then keep it up. You are awfully easy to ignore !

Here is an adjustment I would like to see---Since we're not consistent outside shooters lets take advantage of our height and pound the ball inside----even without Taylor we are taller than most teams. Lets play JM & KB together more--this will allow KB to play her more natural 4 position---both of them are good passers and they can do some high-low stuff together and if 1 of them gets double-teamed then pass to the other for an easy hoop. 6'9" & 6'6" together should overwhelm most other teams inside and if nothing else get the opposing teams bigs in foul trouble. I wish the coach would have done this at WSU especially with WSU's 2 backup bigs not playing in that game we could have easily gotten the one big they had in foul trouble.

Very nice input. I guess we will see what combination of pre and post game ( WSU ) adjustments we will see on the floor tonite. I want to see the starting five and at least two of the girls that can relax and hit their three’s. In my mind, that means Greta and Marotte ! Then the occasional bomb by Taya and Talia . Need at least 40% from deep to win !

I agree with that in short stints, but the problem is that you only have 2 bigs, so when you sub, you would have a much shorter lineup. And, who plays the 5 when they’re both out?

Well I was thinking start both of them and let them play 5-6 min. together-then rest JM for 2-3 min. & leave KB in since she has more stamina & then sub JM back in for KB for the last 2 min. of the quarter.....so in the 10 min. quarter they both play about 7-8 min. with 5-6 of those min. together....and that way we always have at least 1 big on the floor at all times.
