Eventbrite is selling tickets to the games, with a 25% capacity limit. There are at least a few of us here in Maui going to the games. Although I haven’t seen nearly the number of Beaver WBB fans that we did in 2019, it may pick up a bit at the end of the week. I expect we’ll see the team out on Ka’anapali Beach on Saturday.

I see Massey has Idaho at #216, and gives OSU a 90% win probability. OSU is ranked #47 and Northern Iowa #50 per Massey. That might be a good game.

Hawaii loves it's own, Talia is going to bring in fans strictly because of her heritage and they won't all be family. Leave it to the Beavers to turn a tournament into a chance to interact with young fans and players, future and present.

I note that there tallest player, 6-2 Senior Post Tiana Johnson, averages 27 minutes per game, but is 4th on the team in rebounding. |
