Love these interviews. So wonderful to see these two banter. Also pretty cool for Ellie to bring her team home.

FT shooting was good, 19-25. 5-19 behind the arc. We are not a good 3 point shooting tam, plain and simple. That's 4 games out of 7 this year (and 3 in a row) in which we've been under 30%. Does anybody know how long one remains on concussion protocol? I wonder if the poor 3 pt shooting is a function of moving the line back this season? One would expect shooting percentage to drop some for sure.

OSU has historically been highly ranked in this area, and we aren't this year so far - very middling at 129th (and interestingly, dead even with our next opponent) : www.ncaa.com/stats/basketball-women/d1/current/team/118/p3

Beavs WBB has a lot of progress to make before PAC-12 play. OSU got out-hustled again tonight to 50-50 balls. We were playing a much smaller team, and yet gave up a lot of open shots from the perimeter. I guess the upside is we have a road win. Greta needs to go all the way to the rim and finish--she keeps hesitating when she gets in the key. Greta is an excellent free throw shooter, and she is going to get those calls. I'd like to see AJ get a start, and have Greta come off the bench during these next 3 games. Kennedy really is a stabilizer and her absence was noticeable. Scott wanted 40 minutes of execution--hopefully that goal is achieved Sunday. I totally agree lotrader.....right now what I'm seeing from this team is middle of the road Pac-12 at best and marginal for the NCAA's....another thing I've noticed is both Greta and AJ are decent spot-up 3pt shooters but when they drive--stop & pop from 10-15ft they are just bricking it!.....So agree both of them should just continue with the drive to the hoop & take the resulting foul shots until they are able to get the stop & pop shots more under control. One good thing about Kennedy missing this game was the increased minutes and experience for Jelena, but I'm not sure how much we can read into her good game here due to the extreme height advantage she had over the Monmouth players.

The one stat that stood out to me was 11-11. That's the numbers of Greta, AJ, and Talia at the foul line. They have had similar numbers before and a couple not as good but they have shown real potential in an area the Beavs have had issues with in the past. These three are going to only get more consistent as time goes on.
Greta has shown solid defense skills but AJ is not far behind.
The biggest surprise to me was how fast AJ is, in the open court she just runs past defenders.
