Rationalizing the Trail of Tears. And I supposed the Native Americans also had the same rights as those "conscripted" Irish after the Civil War too? You seriously think that photo is an accurate depiction of Oklahoma? This is more accurate. Lol!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Accurate? My picture is a picture of the land that the Cherokee received in Northeastern Oklahoma. You responded with a picture of Boise City in the Panhandle! And the West Panhandle, too. Climactically, the State of Oklahoma goes from being humid and subtropical in the Southeast to high desert in the Panhandle. None of the Five Civilized Tribes were settled in the Panhandle, because it is a very difficult place to live, compared to the nicer parts of Oklahoma to the East. I mean, have you even been to Oklahoma? I have never been to the Panhandle, but I have been to East Oklahoma, and it looks absolutely nothing like your picture. Whoa! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Both the Confederacy and Union used armies that were made up of more and more conscripts as the Civil War progressed. So, why is "conscripted" in quotes? Just for funsies? I highly encourage you to go back to posting about Oklahoma some more! I am sure that you can squeeze out some more gems! Well, now we know why the two schools wanted to change the name of the Civil War game.

The Squonk (Lacrimacorpus dissolvens) is a mythical creature reputed to live in the Hemlock forest of northern Pennsylvania. ... The legend holds that the creatures skin is ill fitting, being covered with warts and that, because it is ashamed of its appearance it hides from plain sight, and spends most of its time weeping.

Also a great Genesis tune from arguably their best album.

Key word is "mythical".
