Tomorrow's game slated to start at 3 PM CDT/1 PM PDT, but could change. I'll be away at work during that time, so no pbp from me. I vote rafer takes over. He hasn’t posted since page 18 of this thread. What’s that? He only posts when things look bad for OSU?! Huh, scratch that prior suggestion. Nicely done again messi. Here’s to you getting tomorrow off AND you needing to picking up games next weekend!😁 AH GEE, that hurts!! Some people actually have lives that don't allow them to watch every frigging moment, but go ahead and yack! It was a Great game, I think MC is doing ok, obviously, look where we are, but do we NEED to agree with every move? I'm pretty sure that I was not the only one guessing a couple moves today. He should have walked the guy, we got a break today, bet he does tomorrow if it comes up again. Can we have opinions, or not, or do we have to fall in line and baaaa like sheep???

The last postseason walk-off was Dylan Davis' double against UTSA in game one of the 2013 Corvallis Regional to score Tyler Smith and Michael Conforto in a 5-4 win.
The last postseason walk-off home run was Shea McFeely's home run against Ohio State in game one of the 2005 Corvallis Regional in a 4-3 win.

Can anyone remember the last time an opponent gifted us back-to-back bases loaded walks in an NCAA Tournament game? Not to mention that they were (at the time) the tieing and go-ahead runs. We can't say we didn't catch a couple of breaks today. We gifted them 5 straight walks on Friday. So it goes both ways I guess.

IF we were to win tomorrow.....strictly hypothetical (picture the Bobs in Office Space).......anyone know where we would likely end up playing a Super?? It's looking like Virginia and Old Dominion are going to a Game 7 tomorrow. That regional is not at ODU (the 1 seed) because they did not bid to host. UVA is a 3 seed. So I'm guessing a Super might be in Corvallis no matter who advances from the Columbia regional. I am not 100% about what happens this year. You would be right that Oregon State, with a win, would host in a normal season. It is my understanding, however, that only one of the 16 host sites can host a Super Regional. Tennessee has already advanced, so PK Park is open for a Super Regional, whether LSU or Oregon wins the Eugene Regional. I believe that, with a Virginia win, Oregon State would host at PK Park. If Old Dominion wins, in a normal year, Oregon State would host at Goss. However, I believe that Old Dominion still hosts, even though they did not bid for it, because Oregon State was not one of the 16 host sites. Having said that, there is the confounding fact that Nebraska forced a winner-take-all championship game with Arkansas. If Nebraska beats Arkansas, the Tournament Committee is going to have to figure out whether NC State or Nebraska is the "host" and then where to put it. Between NC State-Nebraska and Old Dominion-Oregon State, I am betting that one is placed in Greenville. I note that Omaha is open for a regional. It is entirely possible that they put NC State-Nebraska in Omaha and Old Dominion-Oregon State in Greenville. Ultimately, hopefully, both Oregon State and Virginia win and the Beavers play a regional in Oregon. (Hopefully Goss but PK is a much better spot to land than Greenville or God knows where else.) The Beavers have played in Omaha every season that Oregon State has won multiple games against Dallas Baptist. The Beavers have won a National Championship every season that they have won multiple games against Virginia.

If they win, they are off to Tennessee. Oh the irony. The Beavers host a super regional at PK Park while the other team plays in Tennessee.
