1. Kevin still has great stuff and could lead us in the Playoffs.
2. Cooper had his first lesson in becoming a real Pitcher. Selection and location. 3. Jake was the most reliable on the weekend. 4. We have a new closer. Verburg or Salgado?
5. Donkey is off might be tired. 6. Kyler can get a hit. 7. Boyd looks like a good hitter. 8. Nothing about Melton
With the grace of the Baseball Gods I do believe we still have a chance to be force in the Playoffs.
I am expecting KA to work over the Arizona lineup. With fingers crossed.
By the way my opinion is very important and really matters.

I am concerned about consistent pitching and hitting. Not so concerned because I doubt they will get out of a regional. Better squads than this have not. I am past phony optimism.

I am nothing if not optimistic, and it's not at all faked. Anything can happen once you get to post-season. We've not made it out of regionals a few times, but then again, we've stood at the podium 3 times too. Which is less probable, tell me. Either way, it's Beaver baseball, and I put my glasses on one orange lens at a time! |

KA continues to improve game by game.....if we stand a chance of winning this series, he has to pitch his best game so far. This is probably our best shot at beating a ranked team in a series....so as Abel goes so does this series IMHO. We win it, we win the series.....it would be huge momentum builder for this team

I think we’ve learned that the whole team is a work in progress. No one player makes or breaks the team. I think we also learned that we have a lot of talent on the team and some still waiting for a bigger role.

Yes inconsistent. Just like 99% of the teams in college baseball. If college teams were consistent, we wouldn’t have won the 2018 CWS. A consistent team would’ve caught the foul ball. |

I really like this team. However, getting out of a regional is going to be a challenge. We need consistency in pitching and hitting. I know, I’m stating the obvious. The best teams don’t always make it to Omaha or to the championship series. Teams get hot at tournament time and anything can happen. I hope we’re one of those. |

We are in the top 10% of all teams in the nation. We are a good team. Why must we be ranked #1 in the nation before we are a good team in some people's eyes. |

A good team does not blow games. A good team does not lose 4 games to yuckville.A good team would take two out of three from Arizona State and sweep usc. Yes we are better than poor teams like uw. I see is being ousted in some distant regional. Friday Night is always tough because of Abel. Take off the glasses folks. I wish we were good,
