That was a good game for those who enjoy defense, but not the prettiest game I've seen. I found myself rooting for Arizona and McDonald a little just because of the way she totally turned around that program, but I probably would have rooted for Stanford against anyone else. Nice to see Tara get another one. Stanford's late game execution was poor, but that often happens when teams go into protect mode.
A win for the PAC-12.

A commercial for Hooters during the Women’s championship seems out of place. Not sure that was the wisest move. Chicken wing hater. oh, Hooters sells food ?? |

Well glad it was over. Sloppy game. Guess it is good for The pressure Arizona uses creates chaos. Basketball is changing. Not for the better. I value each possession. I dislike Milking the clock. I like the way Gonzaga advances the Ball. I guess frenetic overplaying defenses is the future. Slow Bigs will struggle.
Did not seem Stanford reacted very well.

Stanford didn't play smart down the stretch but I'm glad they got the win. Stanford won the Pac-12 regular season, the conference championship, and beat Arizona handily twice during the season. It wouldn't feel right (to me) had Arizona then won it all. They got hot during the tourney, and that is fun to see, but they had lost 4 of 5 going into the tournament. I'm glad Stanford won.
