A commercial for Hooters during the Women’s championship seems out of place. Not sure that was the wisest move.

43-40 Stanford thru Q3. 'Furd was starting to pull away, then Arizona cranked up the D and forced a bunch of TOs. They are ferocious. Aari can't buy a bucket today, 3-15. So many have rimmed out. Williams not doing much for Stanford. Who takes control down the stretch?

Stanford looked to be taking control again, but Arizona just won't go away. So scrappy.
Kiana has been all but invisible today. Luckily Stanford has a bunch of other places they can turn to for offense.
Aari is struggling by has still scored 16. Pellington is the Cat who has really stepped up, she has 14 off the bench.

Brink is really good but makes stupid fouls. She does get away with a few though. Her favorite is to push the opponent in the back.

Didn't effect the shot, gave Arizona an and-1 and sent her to the bench. She finally been putting her fingerprint on the game before that. |

1 point Stanford lead, they have the ball, 36.6 sec left. Not a beauty contest, but you can't really ask for much more than a game coming down to the wire.

Completely wasted possession for Stanford. Williams dribbled the life out of the ball, then passed to Brink beyond the 3 point arc w/ virtually no time on the shot clock. She's a really good player, but she did not show up today. 5.5 sec. left for the win.

McDonald tosses a terrible shot that almost went in. Card got extremely lucky last 2 games. #3 for Tara, been a LONG wait.

Congrats to the Pac 12! Furd earned it, but I really wanted to see the Arizona coach give her special "we're #1" sign to all the Pac 12 haters again.
