Forrester looks like a hitter and so far up there swinging. Good to see some young ones get a shot considering what we have been seeing. Go Beav's! Get rolling!

I like seeing both Micah and Preston on the line up card. I know Preston is not batting very well at the present, but what a defensive outfield.
I also think Ober should be on the bench and have Melton playing 1st. Larger upside, better first basemen, better batting Ave, OPS and SLG %.
Sub Gretler for Dukart. Small sample size for Gretler ( 1/2 many AB’s as Dukart) but needs more AB.

Dukart must be showing a lot in practice. Maybe more Power that we have seen in games. Looks like a big kid you could fill out. Agree on Melton and he was at least hitting the ball.

And the big question for MBA: weather? Showers, sometimes heavy, are possible, but decreasing as the afternoon goes on. Not sure about getting the game started on time, but we have a ton of time to let things play out. After all, that is why we got lights! (well that and we couldn't host a playoff series without them  ) |

I like the lineup. No guarantee it will produce more runs but can't do worse.

I look for Kyler to be productive. His one swing last night was actually his best swing in a few weeks, and he walked to the plate like he was pissed. A couple of good signs.
