At some point in the next month Benton County could move to moderate from high which would make additional tickets available. John on the Joe Beaver Show said that Doug Blair told him we (Benton County) would be bumped down to moderate from barely open next week. That would be good news. Now gimme my dam shots! Yes, unless things spike, we should be in moderate next Friday.

I apologize if someone already posted and I didn't see it.....but do we have a percentage or number on how many would be allowed at moderate?

Yes, unless things spike, we should be in moderate next Friday. Do not shoot the messenger...19 positives today. If the reporting numbers are correct in the OHA press releases over the last 11 days, the total number for the next 3 days combined needs to be 4 or less. Better chance that the Basketball team wins the National Championship.

Wow....I guess I'll just plan on streaming all season 25% around 1000. I'd be surprised if our actual attendance on mid week games was higher than that in previous years.

Oregon State Trace, and I appreciate their work, had another big testing program last weekend. The numbers today might be the result of their test confirmation. I don't have solid info on when the Trace data is actually reported. Anyway, Corvallis has to be the most tested community in the country. Move to the low category might happen when the infants of today are adults.

OSU must really love it's rep as the most tested place in the US per capita - they are testing but the students are still mixing in the community - no hospitalizations of those tested, hardly any cases in the 30+ age groups, more people vaccinated per capita than other counties in the region, and well, here we are.

Exactly. I do respect the heck out of Trace, but the data needs to be taken in perspective. I think, obviously without proof, that most college communities would be in the same boat as Corvallis if they had a Trace program. Trace is a random sampler for the virus, but a positive test with Trace leads the actual community tracers to more positives. In addition for a community like Redmond, the Trace wastewater study led to very defined neighborhoods which then leads the community tracers to hotspots. All very good and great info. The only problem being that the data makes a place like Redmond or Corvallis look very bad for the virus when, in reality, these hotspots are far more general.

'Don't see why we can't just flash our ticket and completed vaccination card and watch in-person at Goss This all stinks on ice. So Goss should be restricted to those who are "allowed" to get a vaccine, or who otherwise make sure they get ahead in line? You're welcome to take over my Our Beaver Nation donation for the privilege.
