Que “the next guy is way better” bit. The Boston College transfer, Anthony Brown, was overtaking Shough as the season went on. Shough looked like a better passer than Brown, though. I think that he just got tired of the coaching staff's BS, and who can blame him? It would be nice, if he wound up in Corvallis, to provide some additional depth. |

I think that he just got tired of the coaching staff's BS, and who can blame him? It would be nice, if he wound up in Corvallis, to provide some additional depth. I think Shough (and now Brown) are just keeping the seat warm for Ty Thompson... |

Don't judge me for listening to canzano today, but he had the uck honk from 247 sports. He was telling canzano that the ucks had a good shot at the playoff and a national title next year with the Thompson kid at QB. I burst into laughter.

Hugh Millen's kid will probably be hitting the transfer trail pretty soon, too. Portland State, Idaho, Montana or Montana State would be a decent destination.
