USC finally has Pili back full time. They may be a challenge now. She looked a bit gimpy right before the end of the game. She already reaggravated it once after initially returning. She played well but I'm afraid she might be touch and go the rest of the season.
I just realized Angel Jackson didn't play last night for the Trojans. Of course you'd take Pili over Jackson, but Angel's been playing fairly well for them this year.

. UW is a mess, as you have pointed out several times.... USC, in my view, has 3 or 4 top line players but can't seem to get in sync with one another....I think it might be the fault of the USC pg. She plays favorites. They had a freshman who was scoring really well to start the season along with playing excellent defense. But as the season wore on her point total dropped considerably. I watched games and it seemed that the pg would never pass her the ball even when she was open. She would look at her, see who it was and pull back. I have seen this sort of thing before where players freeze out teammates. In this case it was a teammate who was scoring at a good percentage as well. I can think of a couple reasons why she would do this. They had some serious chemistry problems a couple years ago, maybe Trakh's first year back? With the Moore sisters and Mazcyk, something didn't quite work.
But USC almost always underachieves relative to their talent. Goes back thru quite a few coaching regimes. The more it changes the more it stays the same.

I haven’t been following SC closely, what is Pili’s injury?

I haven’t been following SC closely, what is Pili’s injury? Something with her ankle, I don't know the specifics. She's a really large person, that's a lot of stress on a weight bearing joint running up and down the floor, that's probably not helping the injury's recovery.

Ducks maybe looking ahead to their big game on Monday against Arizona find themselves tied at halftime w/ UC Davis 25-25. UCD is undefeated...but they've only played 5 games.

Oregon seems to be digressing some. They defend really well this year, but the offense isn't where it was early in the season. The Arizona, UCLA, and Stanford games will be important for their seeding.

This is a very useful observation because I was wondering what the hell happened. I noticed the symptom (the dropoff in scoring) but USC is too nauseating to watch closely so I didn't notice the cause (PG).

USC goes into Pullman and gets the W. 81-71 final. Huge Q2 was the key.

Colorado is killing Cal and Stanford is KILLING Utah.
Utah PG Gylten is out for the rest of the season w/ a hip injury.

Stanford drubs Utah by 42 w/ their bench playing more minutes than their starters.
Forman went off for Colorado w/ 25, 15 point margin is closer than the game really was against Cal.
Huskies embarrassing themselves, cannot shoot the ball. Down 37-16 at the half to UCLA. Wynn really needs to be fired. 4 years of inept offense.

UCLA drubs UW 84-50. It's becoming more apparent that Amber Melgoza was almost super human making the Huskies halfway competitive last year.
