OMG! Get a grip, people! I know you're disappointed, but you only have yourselves to blame. Look at all the talk on this Board prior to the season. Your expectations were way out circling Pluto where this team was in the top three or four of the Conference. We lost two fabulous players; brought in two transfers; three first year players; a pandemic-shortened season; and now what? These girls were no good last season, propped up by Pivec and Slocum. Rueck isn't a really good coach, he doesn't adapt, blah blah blah ... Geez Louise, rather than dis these girls, turn to alcohol. GO BEAVS!!! By far the best and funniest post on the board - EVER!! more please

They've reloaded, but they are not better. They were a dumpster fire until the 4th quarter against a bad Washington team today. A 73 to 49 win is a dumpster fire that is a 24 point win. So you are promising a 40 point win on Monday against a bad Washington team . What is your definition of bad? Todays WSU game?
Until the 4th quarter is the key phrase. Did you watch the game? UW couldn't shoot and kept turning the ball over constantly, yet was still hanging around for most of the game despite playing poorly. Oregon must have also been playing poorly in order for that to happen.

Oregon lost their best 3 players and have gotten better! They've reloaded, but they are not better. They were a dumpster fire until the 4th quarter against a bad Washington team today. Agreed that they are not better, but if there is a drop off it hasn't been much. They did not shoot the ball from 3 very well today, but to call them a dumpster fire is hyperbole. They were in control the entire game and were up by 30 late in the game. If that is a dumpster fire lets hope the Beavs find a dumpster and light it up.

This is not a team without talent. But we are doing what Notre Dame did last year, playing way below what this team should be. It happens, but rarely does on teams with great coaching staffs. Rueck is got his work cut out to get this team above .500 in conference, they really have all their weaknesses being exploited right now.

Which is a scary number only playing one quarter. What are you expecting Scott and company to win by? Any guesses if Washington has another dumpster fire what the score might be. What if both team have a dumpster fire?

Football game time in less than 3 hours, pellet grill starting to smoke and alcohol flowing! PS. SR is a great coach, this team will be much better in a month. We have lots of talent just need to build some grit and confidence.

I don't think any of you actually watched the game you have such a strong opinion about. The Huskies were terrible, yet still hanging w/in 10-12 points for entirely too long. Oregon has way more talent sitting on their bench than UW has in their starting lineup. Game should've never been close. It's not like UW was shooting lights out or in any other way playing over their head. They basically had 2 players that did anything today. Their guards and wings were useless. And yet somehow Oregon couldn't put them away until late in the game. That indicates to me that Oregon was playing very poorly themselves.
As far as the margin for UW-OSU, the way this season is going as long as it's a win it doesn't matter. After losing to Utah and Washington St., can't assume anything about the Beavs right now.

I’ve said it several times. You don’t lose your two best players and get better. So...Washington St. lost their 2 best players from last year. And 3 of their top 4 players. What were you saying again? I was saying that this team is worse than last year? I do didn’t say a damn thing about WSU. Do you think this team is better than last year?

So, uo plays poorly and wins by 20+ and we play poorly and lose to a crappy WSU team. What’s your point?

It's frustrating watching them miss easy lay-ups, jumpers, free throws and guard the three-point shot so poorly. However, this is my team and I'm going to support them unconditionally. We can't blame this on the pandemic, because there are many teams who are playing successfully. I think it's a team chemistry issue and it will have to work itself out. Every player that signs with Oregon State mentions the community and Beaver Nation as main reasons for joining. Both of these support systems are barely visible right now. If any of the players are following this thread, how do you think they'll feel reading some of these comments? Supported? Empowered? Encouraged? The question for us is what are we as one of their support systems going to do about it? Would a group be willing to stand outside and cheer the team as they go from the practice facility to Gill? What about arrive at the end of the game to cheer for them? Do we have an address where we can send letters of encouragement? Things will get better, but they need to see that we care about them whether they are winning or not, playing their best or not. No conditions! When you put on the orange and black, we've got your back!

This is silly. Oregon plays a quick style that attracts quick players.,Does anyone really think Destiny would have left if we played uptempo? No we stand around even at the end of the game the transfer was dribbling back to basket 3 point area? Like what. Our Freshnsn Center is too slow and not a rebounder . Also inside game under stress is not good. We are unsure and make way to many turnovers. Attack us snd we crumble and are soft.

So tired of watching SR teams run such a controlled offense. For 2 years watched Tudor stand in the corner.....looks like Mack is taking over that role. Stand in corner and hope to get a look. Goodman isn’t a point guard nor is Goforth. This team is in big trouble.
