Our bench is holding it's own against the other team's depth. It's not a win, but most teams won't against Faber College this year. I'd rather lose this way, than how we lost against Utah.

4th quarter was the 1st time the ducks have lost a quarter this year.

We were better this game than the last game, better in the 2nd quarter than the 1st quarter, better in the 3rd than the 2nd. ‘This team has potential.

Interesting that Rueck essentially benched the starting 5 (except Goforth) for an unusually long stretch in the final 1/3 of the game, and the Beavs reduced a constant 30 pt. deficit to a constant 20 point deficit.
Corosdale & Mack with 3 points between them won't win many games. Taya is a 'glue' player, but a team can only afford only one (or none?) of those.
If this team is "Aleah's team", that strategy has not translated well so far.

We were better in that Oregon was 45 points better than Utah. I believe Metrovic will get better. Not really impressed with our offensive system. The game is quicker than it was even 5 or 6 Years ago. This is a weird Year but we are a ways off from where we want to be. Taylor was better. 20 point loss is frustrating. We need those folks coming in Next Year now.

Mitrovic looking good. Much better than Giomi, who is a RS senior. Wow, on Page 2 our favorite old-timer grouch said she sucked. Must have developed quickly.

Mitrovic try's 3 three's while in the game with Mannen. Mannen is 5'6" and a career 62% 3 point shooter. So Mannen is supposed to go get the rebound while Mitro's shooting away. I really really hate the bull**** of posts shooting the three.

Many of you need to chill. Let's see where we are in March. I saw a few great things out there today. Hopefully Rueck did as well. Savannah has great potential. Extremely tough defender, had 4 or 5 blocks. Gabby like. Both SS and SG are aggressive defensively and offensively. SS should get a LOT more minutes going forward. Also, more and more impressed with Jelena. She is a natural in the post. Taylor is not a natural in the post. I hope Rueck gets Jelena and TJ on the floor at the same time. I would like to see Taylor, Jelena, Taya, Sasha, and Aleah as the starting 5. Bring in Savannah as our next guard off the bench. The freshman have earned their playing time. Rotate in Jovanah as our first BIG off the bench. Jas and Mack would be next off the bench. I also thought our walk-on played solid minutes today running the point.
Bottom line: Rueck has seen enough to make changes in the starting lineup and his next players off the bench. We need aggressiveness and energy. We also need a real "5" and that is Jelena. Coaches need to have TJ at the "4", with Jo as the next 4 or 5.

And all of this garbage about how great the Ducks frosh are. It was one frosh, Paopao got 22 pts vs Goforth getting 9. The rest of the Ducks frosh got a total of 6 points and Savannah outscored them with 10 points.
